Stew can provide expert advice on anything to do with bikes, cycling accessories and bike racing. He is also an expert bike technician with extensive knowledge in fitting your bike to your body.

Physiotherapist Alex Bell is passionate about helping runners achieve their best and prevent injury.

He is an expert in running biomechanics and technique and can evaluate a runner's form through scientific assessment in his lab at The Running Room in Zetland.

Dr Trevor TingateMD is well known for his expert knowledge of runner's health and wellbeing and is commonly referred to as "The Running Doctor". 

 

‎A physician in private practice, Dr Tingate specialises in Immunology, Internal medicine and Endurance Sports Science. He is a Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industry Specialist widely acknowledged as a leading expert in Drug Development and Clinical Research.

Heidi Jones has been an elite female runner and triathlete from a very young age. A Junior State Cross Country Champion, Heidi went on to become a champion senior athlete across many disciplines.

For the past 18 years to 2016, Heidi has been Senior Podiatrist at St Vincent’s hospital high risk foot clinic, specialising in diabetic podiatry.

Passionate about her sport she is an expert in Biomechanical assessment, gait analysis, unique running injury treatment without orthotics.

Previously a veterinarian, Chloe Sacks holds a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney.

She loves good food and keeping active, and inspiring clients to do the same. Chloe's three sons are also regulars at Up And Running sessions.
