All levels from beginners to elite.
In 2022 we introduced the EAST ELITE TRACK GROUP to our program, a collaboration between the older athletes of the Up And Running Squad, athletes from our senior group at THE RUN SQUAD, UNSW Athletics Team, and Open aged Athletes from various clubs.

The benefits of these mixed aged elite athletes have proven to be outstanding with a significant improvement in times and personal bests for the entire group.
​
The EAST ELITE TRACK GROUP meet at ES Marks Athletics Centre in Kensington on Wednesday evenings at 5:00pm.
