We will be holding training clinics each school holidays so keep your eye on the site for our Term 1 Holiday Dates.

RUN/SWIM, SAND, STAIRS and HILLS to build STRENGTH, SPEED and ENDURANCE

We train in the heart of Sydney's most beautiful running environment Centennial Parklands on grass trails and tracks to prevent injury and maintain long term running.

We specialise in training and preparation for all School and Club Cross Country, track, relay and road racing events.

We have helped to develop the Athletics, Cross Country, Triathlon and Running Programs to some of Sydney's most prestigious Schools as well as some of Sydney's best Surf Lifesaving Nippers groups.
