
At Up And Running we aim to protect our running community and the wider community with safe participation practices.

Arrive at each training session warmed up and ready to participate.

Use hand sanitiser prior to and during training sessions where necessary.

Avoid warming up/cooling down in large groups.

Reduce session briefing time to reduce the need for gathering.

Maintain a safe distance of 1.5m from all other participants at all times.

Avoid physical contact when greeting or congratulating other participants such as hand shaking, Hi-5s, and fist pumps.

Bring your own water bottle to training sessions and avoid using public bubblers.

Do not gather or mingle in large groups before or after training sessions.

If you have visited Victoria or any identified "hot spot" locations please do not attend training.

If you are feeling sick or have any symptoms identified as being typical of Covid-19 such as cough, fever, sore throat, running nose and fatigue, do not attend training sessions until tested and cleared as negative to the virus.
